In the 2010 edition of Florida Building Code defined WBDR as areas located: WebPasco County Wind Speed Line Description Wind-borne debris region and basic wind speed line. The wind-borne debris region and basic wind speed map establishes the geographical boundary of the wind -borne debris region in the county. The wind-borne debris region coincides with figure 1609 of the Florida Building Code.
