Cura crashes
WebJan 19, 2024 · Cura slicer crashes every time immediately after launching without any error message. All the drivers on my computer are up to date. All possible solutions to fix the problem have been tried.. I have already made several error reports about this. This has been going on for one full year. I haven't got responded to any error reports. Doesn't matter if it's currently running or not or whether you enable the thumbnail preview during the installation AND I use the Preview Pane on Windows Explorer.

I had an issue last night where Cura wouldn’t start (Windows 10, mostly up-to-date). There was a reboot pending to finish installing Windows updates. Cura would not show even its splash screen, but Cura.exe was in task manager under background processes.

WebMar 3, 2024 · Try disconnecting your network cable and then launching cura - see if that helps. In google type "site:ultimaker.com cura slow". The "site:" will only give you answers from the ultimaker web site which is ideal. There have been other people where cura was too slow to use and they got things figured out.
